And so culinary delicacies are created from the best ingredients with excellent skill and lots of love.
Start the day refreshed with our vitality breakfast. To round off your day's skiing culinary, our extended Paznauner Jause awaits you in the afternoon (in winter only), consisting of regional products, such as savory salads, soups, local pastries and fruity and light refreshments. In the summer we spoil you with a 4-course menu in the evening.
In our restaurant area and our traditional Schupfa, we offer great and small culinary delights with regional character from our a la carte menu, as well as pizzas. Fondue also on reservation.
And the best wine for our selected dishes can be found in the wine cellar in Hotel Auhof in Kappl. Our sommelier will serve you selected wines from Austria, Italy, France and other great wine countries. And there is the one or other rarity as well – you’ll be surprised. Our Tip: Simply invite your friends to a cosy evening in our arched wine cellar. Together with our sommelier you can taste interesting wines and enjoy an original Tyrolean snack.
